I have a 4 year old and his father is not on any records but we had the paternity test done, what rights dose he have?

  • None, unless he goes to court and fights to have his rights enforced. Just because You had a DNA test doesn't mean he is entitled to ANY rights at this point, and if he does take you to court. Expect the judge to make you get a new DNA test done by one of the companies the Court recommends.
