what is the best time to work out?

FOr the past 3weeks I have been on a diet and worked out and I work out around 1pm when do you work out and what do you think the best time to work out is?

  • morning time, it speeds up your metabolism giving you an energy boost through the day. If I do it any later than noon, I'm up all night.

  • due to the metabolism boost, I'd say yes. Mainly because it's not really helping you with what you eat at breakfast and lunch if you do it later in the day. The exercise will help with what you eat for dinner and burning off stored fat though.

    but honestly, if you can only do it in the afternoon, it's better than not doing it at all right? :o)

  • Yes 1 is too late. Do it after you wake up. It will really make you feel better believe it or not.
