  • cut way down on carbs. Watch your carbs more than fat - you will notice within 2 weeks major weight loss.

  • Doing the math. You have to take in less calories and burn more. It really is simple. We just want quick fixes and interesting diets. :) LOL

  • watching what you eat and exercising. Try a food journal it helped me lose 20 lbs in 3.5 months. But, I also exercised at least 30 minutes everyday.

  • The best way to lose weight is to lose weight in a healthy way. Low carb diets are dangerous.

    You should eat plenty of fruits and greens, exercise and get plenty of sunlight and fresh air. You should also try to be more aware of cravings and tackle these because they will be the biggest burden on your weight loss.
