  • U have nerves all over your body. It sounds like the nerves r shooting off. I get that sometimes in my hand or thumb and it will hurt till I massage it.

  • Sounds like muscle pain mostly. Have you had any colds or medical procedures on your chest? if you press on your chest does it recreate the pain? if so then your cartlidge in your chest could be inflamed and taking ibeprophen should help.

also heat such as a heating pad or a hot bath with epsom salt will help to relax the muscles, also don't pick up anything heavy for a while.

  • Well maybe u should try acupuncture, it helped out my mom quite a bit after a back injury she got. Her neck shoulders and arms kept tingling and little "bug bite' feelings she had. She went to a professinal and within a few weeks she was golden.

  • You should try to alternate hot and cold packs! Try a product called "Biofreeze" - feels good. You can also get Liderderm patches for pain relief (but those are Rx). External massage helps, too.
