Sara Palin?

I think she is a sweet sincere woman, she is a good mother and has good values..but to me she lacks a certain amount of intelligence. I like her as a person..but as president would be scary. I just wonder what makes people think Sara Palin is a good candidate for president? Just curious.

  • Lori- are we not allowed to talk about public figures that are not officially running? Sorry but your rules are not our rules. We can discuss whoever we want. You don't like it, move on.

Well, at this point Sarah Palin is a private citizen just like you and me. Since she is not officially a political figure, and this IS the current events section, I think your conjecture is out-dated (by more than 3 years) and unnecessary!!  How about focusing on that dreamy president YOU voted for...or have you turned your back on him (like so many others), and feel the need to bash anyone who CAN and WILL do a better job than he has or will ever aspire to?!

And since you have absolitely no knowledge of Obama's college transcripts, saying Palin is dumb, is just more crazy talk from the women who Palin has had on their heels since she was a VP candidate!! LOL  I find that hysterically funny!!

  • I think she is just a celebrity, someone from the past....not a viable candidate for any office. WHen she left her job (a year early ) in Alaska, she showed herself to be a quitter.
SHe is out there making money now. That's all she needs.

  • You are behind the times. The left has moved from Palin derangement syndrome to Bachmann derangement syndrome.

  • I don't think she's a bad person, I don't agree with her views, but some people like her. I don't think she'd be a good president though. But, I could be wrong.

  • She does have more experience than Obama and look how great he is doing??

So I guess I would say No she needs more experience, Or we will end up with a big mess like we have now.

  • The OP asked if we thought she would be a good candidate for President. Lorikeet...nobody said she IS a candidate. We are giving our opinions about her ....not as a candidate but how we feel about her. Is that okay with YOU??? I figured we would have to ask your permission to post ANYTHING, considering YOU are in charge here. @@
