  • try a fan in her room on low. She'll the hum of the fan & it will drown out any toher noise. Good luck!

  • Let her cry for a few minutes (up to 5) and then go back in, give her back her pacifier (if she takes one) wrap her back up all snuggly and talk to her (do NOT pick her back up) and when she is calm again walk out.

Wash rinse and repeat until she goes to sleep. It will be hard to hear her cry, and it may take a couple days, but if she went to bed on her own before, she will do it again.

    Good Luck!

  • let her cry for 2-3 minutes, then come back and tell her you love her but its bedtime, tuck her in and leave(she will cry) wait 5-7minutes, go back in and repeat, this is the pohase where they start there seperation anxiety, she willb scared that you will not come back, if you comtinue this she will understand that you are still there for her but she needs to sleep in her bed :) i had to do it for my daughter as well, dont worry, they usually don't cry past 10 minutes, hope i could be of some help, good luck! : )
