My husband has a crush on OPRAH

We are both 32. Dh compares everything I say or do to what OPRAH WOULD DO. It is a joke among friends because they think he is kidding.

He subscribes to O magazine and I once caught him jerking off to the cover.
I told my friend x and she thought it was funny. She said so what if it was a playboy chick and I was like yeah that would bug me but this is worse because he has a fixation.

She is the only friend that believes/knows it's real and it's not some funny joke.

  • She is not a threat. I use to have a crush on Johnny Carson.

  • How can you say Oprah is not a threat? She's rich, powerful, and she's not even married. She could have any man she wants! lol

  • Ugh if mine suddenly developed a thing for her (neither of us can stand her, now), I would first suggest therapy for him, and if that didn't help, I would divorce him. I expect him to do the same.

  • Oprah has what she wants and has no problem getting it. She doesn't want your hubby or anyone elses. I see this no different than any other celeb crush. Let him know you want him to stop flaunting this it makes you uncomfortable. Suggest a counselor if he needs a hand to hold the magazine or someone to talk to. Don't waste your time worried about this. If its affecting your sex life or he's acting unstable you should move on.
