When do you normally get stretch marks?

I am 31 weeks and haven't gotten any yet. But just wondering when most get them.

  • it differs for everyone. I did not get them until the last 2-3 weeks of my pregnancy. Then, they just went nuts in a short period of time. I cried & cried because i thought i was home free with no stretch marks.

My friend grew them slowly, starting at like 5 months.

  • 7-9 months of pregnancy. Or if you gain weight really fast! UGH! Use cocoa butter to help prevent them!

  • I dont remember exactly when I got mine with my daughter, I think it was around 7 months. I do remember the first one I got, right above my belly button and I was like "what the hell" lol and then it was all down hill from there. I havent gotten any new stretch marks yet with this pregnancy and I'll be 39 weeks on Tuesday.

  • It all depends and NOT every one gets them. Just keep lotioning etc. and be ready they may come. I personally did not get any from my pregnacies I do have them on my thighs from when I was more overweight b/f children.
