Straight talk...

had the phone about a month can't sign up on account anyone know how?? it says put your phone number everytime I do it says password or user name not valid or something

  • You will have to call customer service and work it out. Their customer service is out of india so you will have to be patient. Good luck

  • I had the same problem with mine, as well as about 50 other issues. Now I'm having a similar problem with the Net10 phone I bought to replace the ST one. You might have better luck with customer service than I did, but I doubt it. Theirs and Net10s suck and I've never been able to get a rep that I could actually understand. Good luck, though. I hope you get it straightened out.

  • You may have to call your phone service provider for assistance in getting online. Could be that they gave you a password in your phone contract, but failed to tell you about it.
