  • I am different but better? Couldn't say that at all. she did her best and was an amazing mother in my eyes. I am just different and can't compare the two

  • I can only speak for myself.

No.. I am in no way, shape or form a "better" mom than my mother is. I am a different mom. However that's it, different in many ways..In no way "better" though.

  • I can't really say better, but I am more there. See, my mom is Epeleptic, has been since she was 9. Hadn't had a seizure my whole life, and on my 13th birthday, she had one. So, at that time, I was forced to take over the household duties, because she wasn't able to anymore. So, I grew up,and went from 13 to 20 overnight. I of course, don't begrudge her of that, bless her heart, she can't help it,and it's ravaged her body and mind for years. So, what I'm saying is that in that respect, I was able to be there for my kids, when she wasn't able to, even though she tried more than anyone I know.

  • Hmmmm, were both good mothers! The only reason I'm a good mommy, is because she raised me to be a good mom
