  • It's pretty, but I really didn't know how to say it the way you have it spelled, Calia makes more sense to me.

  • I like it, it's a pretty name. I just don't like the way you have Calyia spelled. It looks weird IMO. Kahlia (kinda like the boy name Kahlil), or as Mamacina said, Calia is another way to spell it.

  • I like it. I knew twins in school Kalaya (Ka-Lay-yuh) and Kalonni (ka-lawn-nee). Reminds me of them :D

  • I agree with the spelling part too. if you have to provide an pronunciation key to us, imagine your daughter having to do that for a life time. Will a teacher be mispronouncing it the first day of school every year? Will it be bungled by substitutes all year? WHen she's older and working will it be difficult?
