How many weeks at the earliest can you tell the sex during an ultrasound?

Just curios as to How many weeks at the earliest can you tell the sex during an ultrasound because i go for a test on July 29th and ill be between 13 and 14 weeks. Will that be too early to tell?

  • Yes that is too early, I found out at 18 weeks..They wouldnt really be able to tell at 13/14 weeks cause it might not be certain, You know? Good luck, what are you hoping for or does it not matter? : ) You can add me if you would like - for any further questions!

  • Thanks. It really dont matter. My boyfriend wants a boy. I have 2 boys and he has a girl. lol.

  • They usually look between 18-24 weeks, but I have heard of woman finding out as early as 16 weeks.

  • I think they can tell as early as 12 weeks, but sometimes baby won't cooperate! They ushally tell you 18 weeks and up.

  • That's way too early. The genitals haven't developed enough to tell the difference between a penis or a clitoris.
