  • TIme, eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and get out of the house. If you can excersise do it, if not then do anything that you can to get active. That is the only way. Now if you have the funds to join Jenny Craig or something like it that might help as well.

    But heathy eating or well close to it most days and exercising rigorously for a few days a week if working slowly for me.
