  • The screen is a lot bigger than a traditional movie screen, so it makes you feel like you're "in" the movie. The screen reaches onto the ceiling, and the chairs recline a bit if I am remembering correctly, so you can see all of the screen.

  • No ... I wish I could, there's not one around here! Heard they're great, would have loved to have seen "Avatar 3D" in one!

  • I only go to Imax for movies that really have a lot of effects or cinematography that makes good use of the larger screen. The last Imax movie we saw was Avatar -- in 3D. It was awesome! It adds a deeper level of realism with everything being so big. Super8 would have been a pretty good candidate too.

  • There is one here at the Minnesota Zoo and it is fantastic! We have seen a few science -themed films and the U2 Movie...wonderful! It was in 3D and we felt like we were on stage with U2. Exciting!!!
