What's for dinner?? Im making Ratatoullie Polenta Bake!

 The house smells so amazing! I used my own Polenta recipe though! So what are you making for dinner? (It's 4:43pm for me)

  • I TOTALLY forgot to thaw anything, so I guess it's probably grilled cheese or spaghetti.

  • Ok Just pulled it out of the oven. Looks good!
    The recipe says not to drain the tomatoes, but I would def drain them next time. It looks a little watery on top to me.
