What's the best place to buy/sell used children's items?

I've bought and sold 2nd hand baby items on Craigslist before, but it's so clumsy and unorganized. What's everyone using? I've heard of threadUP.com, but it's only for clothes. What about heavier items like cribs and car seats?

  • garage sales !! people are always looking for these items to buy and sell, and they usually go fast when selling them.

  • I sell stuff to Kid2Kid. Unlike consignment shops that wait until the item sells to pay you, Kid2Kid will buy it off of you right there. They buy gently used items, so I've sold some stuff to them and then taken that money and bought "new" stuff from their store.
