Unless your Dr says you are at risk, you can go on living your normal life, that wouldn't affect the baby, heck there was a lady who was in the Olympics who was pregnant and continued to train and be in the Olympics, (gonna bug me now til I remember her name), any way people still exercise, and run and jog, and jump and stretch. If you are concerned ask your Dr before you go, but if you are an active person and the baby and pregnancy is healthy then there is no reason you wouldn't be allowed to do so.
