  • I wouldn't just because the first trimester is delicate.

  • i wonder that too, because "they" say that the frist timester is the most important, but then i think. a lot of woman dont know they are pregnant at this stage in the game. we are going to water country usa at the end of the month and i will find out if i am prego the 22nd. i will play it safe and not do anythig but the wave pool and lazy river if i am, just because i lost a baby last year at 23 weeks and i dont want to do anything to jepordize it.

  • Unless your Dr says you are at risk, you can go on living your normal life, that wouldn't affect the baby, heck there was a lady who was in the Olympics who was pregnant and continued to train and be in the Olympics, (gonna bug me now til I remember her name), any way people still exercise, and run and jog, and jump and stretch. If you are concerned ask your Dr before you go, but if you are an active person and the baby and pregnancy is healthy then there is no reason you wouldn't be allowed to do so.

  • I would talk to your doctor and see what they say all pregnancies are different and the restrictions are different also
