  • I do think she killed her daughter, but she went through the legal system and she was found not guilty so she has to be released. I think it's similar to the OJ case...unfortunately the Prosecutors failed to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt, its the way the system works.

    So yes she deserves to get out and yes I believe she killed her daughter.

  • I agree with the first post. She was found not guilty and that's pretty much that on what she was tried for.

    If she is guilty I just hope that she doesn't hurt anyone else.

  • what i think and what is law is two totally diferent realities

    she went through the US system, and found not guilty
    she was not found innocent

    funny how the law states a person is innocent until proven guilty,
    but when jury decides, it is not stated innocent it is stated not guilty
    * what is with that?

  • If she was a man she would be on death row. Juries hate convicting women and will believe the tears and lies. Very pathetic.

  • That's tomorrow. As much as I would like to say "I fear for her safety", it doesn't exactly weigh heavy on my mind.

  • Actually, it's been pushed back to the 17th, Sunday. And no, I don't think she should be getting out.

  • I believe she at least know and knew at the time what happened to her daughter. I think she should be convicted of being a terrible mom if nothing else. Who allows 31 days to go by without reporting their child missing? Who parties when their child is missing? The whole situation makes me sick!
