What do you do to stay looking young?

I'm in my 30's and feeling like I'm starting to age in the face. Is there a great face cream or anti-aging item out there that you think works great?

  • I make sure to take good care of my skin (wash my makeup off every night, moisturizer, sunscreen).

  • exfoliate and wash your face every morning and night. sunscreen, sunglasses are really important....prevents sun damage to the skin and squinting creating more lines! Eat lots of GOOD food with healthy fats and oils in them and drink plenty of water!

  • Renova or other retin A creams work great. But you have to use sunscreen or don't even bother with the Renova. I think it took 10 years off my face.

  • I am 38 and I use shiseido future solution lx. ITs pricey but I swear after I started using it I look like I have had a mini face lift. I will use this stuff from now on. You can find it on ebay. You can also get a sample from sephora to try

  • I'm 49. These are the best ways I know of to maintain "younger" looking skin which overall leads to a younger "you".

    Clean and moisturize daily.. The brand name itself isn't as important as: being appropriate for your skin type, consistent usage, and ingredients
    Limit sun exposure. If you must be in the sun a high level sunblock should always be used.
    Drink lots and lots of water.
    Regular exercise (4-5 days a week at least. 30min-1hr per day.)
    Lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet (limit junk foods, processed foods)
    Regular sleep habits with enough hours of rest
    Maintain low stress levels
    No smoking
    No alcohol (or at least very limited drink on a rare occasion then only drink a little)
