Does anyone have a good easy holiday cookie recipe?

I am looking for something a bit different than say Chocolate chip, and sugar. Any ideas?

  • I get complimented all the time on my peanut butter cookies and they are honestly the easiest cookies in the world, although those cake mix cookies sound really good and easy too! For mine, you just mix one cup of peanut butter, one cup of sugar and one egg in a bowl. Take the "dough" it makes and roll it into small balls, roll the balls in sugar and press with a fork to make your cris-crosses. Bake 10 mins at 350 (exactly 10...don't look and think they need longer...they dont). Let them cool and they're great!
