  • What's wrong with someone who likes to be healthy eating a hamburger now and then?? OMG, how is this news? I am very fit and very healthy, but I have a big mac a couple of times a year. It's not unhealthy if it's only now and again and it's not hypocracy!! The whole point is not to deny yourself junk food, but rather to eat it IN MODERATION. It's stupid to think she's undermining her "Lets Move" by having a burger and fries. That's idiot thinking.

  • Please! She isn't saying that you can never slip. She is saying that you shouldn't eat this for every meal.

Grief, why aren't we posting about kids who cannot even afford food?

  • this is almost as pointless as the "Obama wore flip-flops" or "here's Malia's school lunch menu" crap we saw tons of when he first took office.

Eating a hamburger isn't a 'slip'. You aren't falling off the wagon, threatening your sobriety, or needing a meeting. It is a meal. I will eat a burger any time I want, from the restaurant I want, and MO can kiss my butt. She preaches that we should not have salt, fast food, yadda, yadda, yadda and then......well, she is our version of Marie Antoinette. She gets the burger and we get the bread (or cake as the legend says).

  • The link just played a bunch of commercials. A burger sounds really good right now. Well, about three hours ago.

  • LOL.How funny.
Everyone needs to eat something they LOVE occasionally, and they know it would be unwise to eat it all the time. Anyone who is watching their weight needs a day here and there to splurge. THIS is just another example of someone with hostility and anger at The First Ladyand she tried to make a big deal out of a very small thing. It would be nice, and healthy, if the OP would just be more accepting and generous with her feelings toward Michele.

  • Nothing hypocritical about eating a burger now and again .

i cannot understand an obsession with what Mrs Obama eats . A concern for healthy food is not at odds with an occasional burger .

  • she's undermining her "Lets Move" by having a burger and fries.

Actually, her "Let's Move" is geared at children and her crazy food police say that Ronald and all his fast food friends are a bad influence on them. That means they believe what kids see and hear does influence them so when they see or hear about the President and the "Lets Move" lady chowing down on a burger, fries shake and cola they only know they want one too.

Now, what was that you said about her not undermining her own program?
