What exercise is really effective for the arm flap area....When ya wave and the upper arm keeps on movin!!! ???? ahhh!

  • Get some dumbbells and do tricep kickbacks (google it). There are some tricep exercises that can use your own body weight as resistance too.

  • The easiest one to fit into a schedule is using the kids or groceries to your advantage if your schedule is packed full. Carry the arm load of milk and eggs at the store instead of putting it in the basket.

  • Hold a dumbbell above your head & then slowly lower it behind your head.
