  • mine read ONE book takes them 10-15 minutes to read it. They also journal write everyday and that take another 10-15 minutes.

  • my boys are 4 and 2 so not really reading yet, but my oldest can recognize certain words, but i read to them every night and during reading time

  • my daughter is sorta a geek on reading and unless I tell her to put the book down she will read all day. My boys on the other hand about thirty minutes or so.

  • my daughter 7 is allowed 2 hrs a day in the computer..she does e-mails,her myspace and her son 5 do 1 hr.

  • i read a story to her pointing to the words (shes about to turn 4)and she writes her abc name and numbers. we are also spelling .cat,dog,mat..etc.and this all takes about 1 hr 5 days a wk.
