Haiku (middle name) gender neueral?

We want our child's middle name to be Haiku (like the poem) DH and I can't decide if it would work for a boy... Here is what we have:

For a girl we are set with: Phoebe Haiku
for a boy we have thought: Marcus Haiku or Jeremiah Haiku.

But does it really work for a boy?

  • I mean it is decided for a girl. So it *will* get used if it is a girl.
