  • I make a ramen noodle salad that is so tasty.

2 pkg of ramen noodles, uncooked and crushed
1 pkg of cooked chicken fajita meat
    1 bag of coleslaw mix
1 bottle of cole slaw dressing
Mix everything together, inlcuding the seasoning pkgs and refrigerate over night or for at least 3 hours.

  • I stick with the original directions unless I am making Chinese Chicken Salad. My friend makes the noodles, drains the water and adds butter.

  • Sometimes I leave out the seasoning packet and add butter, parmesan, and garlic power. It's so yummy. I found some recipes for pork ramen noodles the other day...one you add veggies, a tab of butter, soy sauce and an egg. Oh and the seasoning packet. Kinda like fried rice but with ramen. I'm going to try it one day.
