While pregnant, what have you found to relieve pelvic pain and/or pressure while trying to sleep?

I feel like I have tried everything already but maybe you can suggest something that has worked for you or something that you think I could try.

I am desperate here ladies!

  • I'd stuff a folded blanket and pillow between my legs. I'd throw one leg over my hubby. Lol

  • I slept using a body pillow, and would sometimes even double up the pillow between my legs. It will help keep your hips in line. Also, if you want, you can try taking some Tylenol. During the day, if you can try sitting on an exercise ball (if you don't have one, you can buy one at a sporting goods store for about $12), bounce and kind of roll your hips on it. It was the best for me. Also was my best friend in labor.
