Getting rid of the vinegar smell...

Okay, I've cleaned the carpets for dog (not puppy) urine... now how do I get the vinegar/water smell out? Does it just go away on it's own after a few days? I'll sprinkle with baking soda, but is that enough to get rid of it? THANKS!!!

  • The smell of vinegar usually goes away once it dries completely. I use vinegar to clean my whole house and you'd never know it!

  • it normally will go away after a few days.. but at the store you can get the powder scents that you sprinkle down before you vacuumm and they have one for pet smells which i found works well even for the vinegar smells
