  • Most of the time I do, but I keep the volume down enough so I can hear cars and other things I need to be able to hear. It is a nice break when I run without though. For my longer runs, I need the extra motivation that comes with music.

  • I do not leave the house without my mp3 player hooked onto my bicep. Period. I run anywhere from 3-13 miles so yep... I listen to music while running- outside or inside. Dh hooked speakers up to my treadmill so when I run inside all I have to do is hook up my mp3 player and it blares my running tunes.

  • If I'm running alone yes, but I leave one ear bud out and keep the volume just loud enough for me to hear but not tune out my surroundings. If I am running w/ people then no.
