When should the baby's head be down in pregnancy?

  • i think typically by week 30 they are head down but thats not always the case and there still is time for that to change so dont worry if hes or she isnt head down. my son was breech till about 36wks we were thinking we were going to have to have a c section and he finally flipped around needless to say we still ended up having a emergency c section cuz he was tolerating labor and hes been a pain since lol.

  • When you are ready to deliver the head had better be down. My babies were in both head down positions 3 days before my water broke... one of the buggers flipped, so he was breech the dr would not let me deliver them vaginally..
