Where can I find Toddler Slipper Socks?

I am trying to find slipper socks for my almost 16 month old twins. I want to find thick fuzzy or furry socks with non-slip bottoms, preferably cute ones. I don't want regular houseshoes because I am afraid they will trip on those. I have already been to a few stores and not found any. At JC Penney's the sales clerk told me they didn't get any of the extra stuff like slipper socks, or even Christmas hairbows this year. Does anyone know where I can find slipper socks for my toddlers?

  • If you mean proper slippers, try these:
    http://www.llbean.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?categoryId=57005&storeId=1&catalogId=1&langId=-1&from=SR&feat=sr
    or
    http://www.landsend.com/pp/FleeceSlippers~187876_1055.html?bcc=y&action=order_more&sku_0=::QNI&CM_MERCH=SRCH_00001_0000000318&origin=search

    If you mean socks the grippy stuff on the bottom, try Target or Gymboree.

  • Thanks. These are all very good ideas. I have already tried several of them locally; the stores nearest to me did not have them, but since they are available where you live maybe they'll be available on line. I hadn't thought about LL Bean or Land's End - I guess I just thought I could walk in anywhere and pick some up!
