What does you one yr. old's diet look like? What do they eat? How often? What about milk or formula?

  • When kalyn was one, she drank milk not formula. She ate 3 meals a day and usually only one snack between lunch and dinner. She ate chopped up chicken, peas, carrots, fruit (from a can cuz it's softer), ravioli... oh but you know what was really good for lunches? the gerber lil entrees! mic them for i think one min and it's done

  • My daughter eats all the time. it's mostly healthy foods like chicken, peas, and she loves steamed veggies with cheese. in between meals she usually has a snack, but it's the gerber snacks that dont have a lot of sugar. and i too believe the lil entrees are amazing! she loves them and so do i

  • My boys were each on all table foods at 9 months. At a year, they were on 2% milk (started at 9 months per the pediatrician...top growth percentiles and nutrition from food)

    They ate what we ate other than the nut, peanut, seafood, etc allergy foods which wait longer....
