  • My ten month old son started walking when he was 9 months,I couldn't believe it!!
    He doesn't even crawl anymore.
He also started solid foods by the end of eight months old,we don't even by baby food any more it's great,he is my smart little man!!!
I'm a stay at home mom,and work with his skills everyday,he just started to clap and wave bye-bye!!

  • It is important to remember that not all babies are the same and that they all do different things sooner.

That being said at ten months my daughter took her first step (not "walking" just stepping), she could feed herself with a fork, she talked like crazy (a lil too much sometimes lol), she could play patty cake, do the itsy bitsy spider...thats all I can think of at the moment lol.

  • DS is walking more and more nowadays....he eats what we eat, he can play by himself for long periods of time (even though he has a 2 y/o sister), he babbles alot.....he sleeps through the night now (thank God!!!)

  • My son is 18 months old and still not talking. He wasn't crawling until 11 months. He wasn't walking until 14 months. At 10 months he didn't want table food, just baby food and formula, so he wasn't feeding himself. He started sitting up by himself (getting into the sitting position on his own) sometime between 10 and 11 months.
