  • Just hitting print screen should work. Then open a photo program, like photoshop, and then open a new file. Ctrl V to paste it onto the new file. Voila.

  • I use, but you should have at least paint, on your computer. Whatever page you want click on prnt scrn on your keyboard. Open your paint program (under start, programs, accessories.) and paste it.

  • I have program in my accessories folder called snip it. You can use it to make a screnn capture of anything on a page. Just save it to your photo files as a .jpg. You don't need to open another program.

  • Hi,

Here's how to take a screenshot:

Go to the page where you're having the problem.
Press the 'Print Screen' button on your keyboard.
Open an image program on your computer (like Microsoft Paint).
Paste the screenshot you just took by holding the 'Ctrl' button and pressing 'V' on your keyboard (or, go to the 'Edit' menu and click 'Paste').
Save the screenshot you just created as a JPG, GIF, or PNG.

If you wish to send that screenshot to us, please click the 'Add a photo' button and insert the screenshot in your message.
