  • My daughter will be one jan 2. She has never had baby food. She has always eaten table food. She wakes up and (BTW, she sits in a booster seat at the table) has something like a little pancake and some fruit and some juice. She has a snack a couple hours later. She might eat a banana or orange or peeled apple. Then she has lunch. Something like a sandwhich or leftovers if we have them. Generally some more fruit or cut up veges. A couple hours later she'll have another snack of cheerios or crackers.

  • Then she eats dinner, which is whatever we have. Such as a meat (chicken, roast, steak, ect) a steamed veggie or some sort, a starch (steamed or roasted potatoes, rice, polenta, ect) Then she will also have some water for her drink. She eats ALOT but she must have a super high motabolism because she weighs 17 pounds with winter clothes on. She also is allowed to nurse as often as she wants during the day, and if she doesn't nurse at least 3 times, I offer her 1 sippy of whole goats or cows milk (whichever is on sale)

  • My son is 11 months he will be one the 28'th. He doesn't eat baby food and hasn't for awhile now he prefers table food. He likes cereal or a cereal bar for breakfast with a sippy cup with milk and usualy snacks about 2 hours later something like goldfish or regular crackers. Lunch time he has formula and whatever I'm eating. He basicly eats whatever we eat just try to keep meats cut up small. He LOVES green beans and carrots so we eat alot of that also mashed potatoes. I just let him eat whenever he's hungry basicly so I don't have a great schedule. He weighs 20 lbs and is doing well.
