What to do with lime juice

I needed the intact skins of 10 limes for a recipe. To get the skins I juiced the limes and pulled out the pulp. Now I am left with the juice from 10 limes, anyone have any good suggestions on what to do with it?

  • I've heard of people squeezing it on salads or using it to make marinades.

  • Use it for fajitas, margaritas, limeades, smoothies, guacamole, salsa, sprinkle some on fruit salad or fruit in general so that it won't turn brown, add it to ice water or tea, or juice... hm that's all I can think of for now.
