what would you name twins ?!?!?!

Well i'm expecting twins ( for now were going to say b/g ) what would you name a brother and sister to Sebastian Joseph Oliver, Jude Michael River, Vivienne Isabella Harper and Edward Stellan Porter ?

We like old classic heard of but not to popular with a trendy twist for a middle name. The name has to have 2 middle names with the 2nd one ending in ' er ' . Top Contenders are Matilda Rosalie Juniper and Theodore Griffen Jasper or Theodore Bennett/Benjamin Asher.

  • Oh goodness when I was growing up I always teased Id name b/g twins Daniel and Danielle and call the girl Danny LOL.

Nowadays though Id probably either not worry about "matching" or start their names with the same letter.

Like Mara and Micah or Rian(girl) and Ronin. Something like that. If I had g/g twins it would be Mara Morgan and Rian Camille for sure!

My sister has twin girls and they are Taylie and Brinlie.

    Classic sounding names....let me think:
Mara, Eliza, Victoria, Katrina, Katharine, Elise, Camille, Beth or Bethany
Lawrence, Daniel, Bernard, Jared, Jacob, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Joseph/Josiah, Isaac

Those are all I can think of.

  • Lord I don't know what i'd name twins. I don't have twins and most likely will never have twins.. but i do love baby names!

I don't think I'd give then Rhyming names.. that is soo over done and expected.

I like more classical but not overly used names... I have a Kaitlyn and a Ella.... Neither of which are in my daughter's school.

    I also like
    Markus (marcus)
    Luka (lucas)

And don't worry about people telling you the Jasper or Juniper aren't real names... Umm yes they are! And they were very well used in England in the 1800's

I know a family who gave thier children the middle names of : Orcas (as in a pod of Orcas) Pacifica (as in the OCEAN) and Sailor

So What you have isn't as unlikely as that!

  • ignore the rude idiots. those are nice names. I'm partial to Theodore Griffin Jasper.

and it's nice that you're giving them non-cutesy, matchy-matchy names.

  • If I had girl twins I would name them Patience and Cadence. Boy twins probably Isiah and Elijah. (yeah I've put some thought into b/g twins I'm not sure. It probably wouldn't be something too "matching", maybe Sawyer and Emma.
