Hmm, without any more details it's hard to answer. I think most people feel insecure from time to time but if it is consuming your life than I would talk to your partner. If you still feel insecure and you feel you insecurities are valid (like he or she is cheating or no longer interested in you), I would either get counseling or start looking to leave that person depending on the situation and if You felt the relationship can be saved.
