I was raised to wash my hands and therefore my kids will either wash their hands or use hand sanitizer to get rid of germs.

Hand sanitizers aren't healthy. He isn't allowed to use those. I'm big on handwashing instead.

Yes. But I dont really need to remind her. She is only 3 and loves to wash her hands. She also hates being dirty/sticky, so she is always saying she needs to wash her hands.

I very much encouirage them to wash their hands regularly - especially before eating. If, for some odd reason, they cannot wash their hands I have a small bottle of sanitizer in the car. Wipes are simply wasteful and generate even more trash for landfills - no, we never use them.
