what is the best choice for a tampon for a 12yr?

I have seen Kotex pads for tweens but what about Tampons?

  • With a rounded tip, and slim. Untill she gets the idea of them and used to them.

  • I know kotex is putting out black boxes with florals on it. It's for teens and they make tampons also. My dd still uses pads, she doesn't want to use a tampon until she is older.

  • Playtex slender ones with the plastic applicator. Always makes slender ultra-thin pads, too.

  • 12 is too young for tampons. She probably won't be able to put them in.

  • My 12 yr old would not use them, she tried because of a very heavy flow.. they make a teen brankd, they come in a black box. Sorry, I don't remember what company makes them. Good luck

  • OB they have a really small one
    because they have no real packaging or applicator they can fit 2-3 in the coin pocket of a pair of jeans
