ANY GOOD WORKOUT ROUTINES or nutrition tips ETC For Pregnancy?

Or any websites I could look up..? I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and was told with my last baby that I wasn't suppose to go over the 140 heartrate..that makes my cardio pretty slow..:(
