Is it possible to misscariage one twin and keep the second.

When I was 10 weeks I had craping and passed alot of blood, and could have sworn that I saw a tiny little fetus, (size of my thumb), but here I am 26 weeks pregnant still? Could I have lost one twin and kept the other? Doctor never did find out why I bleed at 10 weeks, just did an ultrasound and said the baby was fine.

  • very possible! I was always paranoid about losing one of my little ones and a nurse I asked said that the other would continue to develop if anything happened. I would say that it's possible

  • Yes, it is possible to be pregnant with twins, miscarry one and carry the other to term.

  • It's possible. But it's also possible that you just had another period.

  • Yep. It is possible. I hope you've told your doctor about this.
