what is a good holiday cocktail to make?

  • champagne punch
    1 bottle of champagne
    1bottle of ginger ale
    2/3 cup brandy (i usually add more ;P )
    serve in champagne glasses with a sugar cube and a raspberry at the bottom... soooooooo yummy!

  • Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae shots - yummy
    equal parts Kaluha, Irish cream, and Creme De Cocoa. Shake in ice, strain, pour into shot glasses and top with whipped cream.

  • godive choc. martini (single serving)
    1 1/2 shots godive choc. liqueur
    1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
    1/2 shot vodka
    2 1/2 shots half/half
    mix all ingredients ina shaker w/ice, shake and pour into chilled cocktail glass.

    midori martini
    3 /4 oz midori melon liqueur
    1 1.2 iz stoli vodka (or any vodka)
    shake w/ice, then strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with cherry.

    midori champagne
    1 1/2 oz midori
    5 oz champagne
    mix/serve in a champagne glass. (both midori recipes are holiday-colorful--green!)
