do you juice veggies for your kids/baby?

If so, how old were your kids when you started juicing for them? I read that you can start giving carrot juice at 2 months with breastmilk.

  • All major world health organizations recommend NO food/drink/supplement other than breast milk before 6 months old.

  • i started to give my son apple juice, very diluted at like 4 mos. i added in baby food into his formula at 4 mos, like carrots, green beans, peas, ect. just to get him used to the flavors.
    i do not juice anthing on my own, i buy it. i also dilute everything, he is now 10 mos old.
