what can my 11 month old eat.??

he has 2 teeth on bottom and 3 on top.
hes pretty much spitting out any mushy foods. does anyone have like a list of stuff he can eat and can't eat.

  • at 11 months old my son was eating stage 3 baby food for lunch and dinner.. i would dip little pieces of bread in it also. and rice cereal and fruit for breakfast. the gerber yogurt snacks also. and then things like mashed potatoes. cheerios, banana. the gerber rice puffs.

  • at 11 months your baby can eat just about everything you eat. Cut it into very small pieces (about the size of their little finger nail) and make sure they are soft. My little is 10 months old and some of his favorites are black beans, pasta, rice, bananas, pancakes, cheese sticks, all fruits, chicken, potatoes, green beans, cucumbers, crackers, cheerios, yogurt, french toast, eggs, ect. If there are no allergies have fun with it!

  • my girls were eating pizza, breadsticks and biscotis. (i know i spelled that last one wong, i always do.) and then they ate what ever we ate most of the time.

  • At 11 months, mine were eating what I ate. Frapanda included most of my kids favorites in her list, except cheese omelettes and mini ravioli.

  • Cheese omlettes are a favorite around here too! I haven't tried raviolis though! I'll have to buy some next time i'm at the store.
