  • I heard to have a pack of crackers on your night stand and eat some before even getting out of bed. I dunno, worth a shot.

  • Mint helps. I found peppermint loli pops that really helped. Or chewing gum.

  • Anything with Ginger will stop it. I always kept a box of Gingersnaps at the office when I started feeling nausea.

  • Have you tried preggie pops? They worked great for me. Also the smell of orange peel. I discovered by acciedent one day when I was packing my husband's lunch (with terrible morning sickness) that when I peeled a manderin for his lunch the smell of the peel made my upset stomach get better.

  • Ginger...ale, snaps or fresh...does help, but dont over do it (espeically with fresh). Too much ginger can start early labor.

  • Citrus smells helped me, and eating very small , frequent meals. I bought Softsoap Body Wash in the pink grapefruit scent and use it to take a shower or warm bath when my tummy bothers me. good luck sweetie and hang in there!

  • I would snack no less then every 2 hours... I was actually eating a little something about every hour in the beginning. Gatorade is very helpful. Surprisingly, apples were great for me in easing the nauseousness.
