Any tips on how to relieve menstrual cramps?

Mine get so bad I can hardly walk and with two kids at home, that can't be good! My husband always takes the first two days off so taht he can help me rest. But I don't think it should have to come to that. I have stage 4 endometriosis, however, have had serveral surgeries with no good results.

  • I know birth control pills help many women with this issue. Other than that... motrin, walking, and heat packs are all that help me.
