How can i cook broccoli where my toddler will eat it?

Does anyone know any toddler friendly broccoli recipes?

  • I guess I'm lucky. Both my kids love broccoli. I introduced it as a 'tree' when they were young, and kept it simple-steamed and salted. Now they'll eat most anything with broccoli. A favorite is broccoli-rice casserole-they especially love when I add extra cheese.

  • Have you tried just offering it raw with some ranch dressing? Some kids find cooked broccoli to have a slimy, grassy taste that is unappetizing. There are many kids who prefer a lot of vegetables raw to cooked. Personally, I won't eat cooked spinach. It has to be raw and in a salad. :)
