How many hours a day should a 2 month old be sleeping?

  • Mine sleeps all nights are a different story.
    Just go by his/her cues....if she sleeps alot but eats and potties well then she is fine.
    If you think she doesnt sleep much watch how she behaves....if she is not extra cranky and irratible she is prob just a curious baby

  • My son is 2 1/2 months and he takes 2 real good naps a day, I mean a good nap is a hour and a half to about 2 hours and a few cat naps throught the day. He goes to bed at 10:00 and sleeps through the night until about 6:30.

  • Yes. Keep in mind that it is while they are sleeping that their brain development and other growth happens. So if you baby sleeps a lot, then lucky you, you have a genius!
