Do fiber gummies really work?

my son has issues with getting "stopped up" and I was giving him benefiber and it was good but it is expensive for us right now so I switched to the fiber gummies and not sure they work as well.

  • My son also had trouble with that too, a serving of sugar free applesauce, it's so sweet kids don't miss it anyway and yogurt every day has helped a lot. It takes a few days to help working and make sure the yogurt has active cultures, it doesn't have to be the name brand for that

  • I would try cleaning up his diet (and the family's), first.
    No dairy, bananas, white/simple grains.
    Cut way back on meat
5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least three different colors
    drink lots of water
3-5 servings of whole grains a day
1-2 servings of legumes a day

I have a ton of recipes that are healthy, simple, family and budget friendly; send me a message if you would like some
