  • They say it helps but I really don't know. Worth a shot right?

  • Prenatals are a good idea when your TTC because your overall health will boost your ability to concieve. But don't let yourself think they are magic pills or anything. A healthy body will get pregnant easier, that's all.

  • they say it helps, and it also is good to get your vitamins in order before you concieve. Just go to pharmacy and buy over counter ones, I did with both pregnancies, i dont know if it actually helps get pregnant but starting out healthy is never a bad idea.
just dont buy alot because your doc will prescribe better ones once you concieve.

  • It's good if you're TTC mostly because some of the nutrients in there (especially folic acid) do the most good in the first 6 weeks of pregnancy - before most people even know they're pregnant. So it's recommended to take prenatals to prevent any early problems from occurring. And vitamins are good for you to be healthy, too. I've never heard that it actually helps you to get pregnant, though, aside from improving your over-all health, which is always a good idea.

  • No - it does not help you get pregnant- but don't stop taking them.

  • The only way it helps, is if you get enough folic acid, it will help you sustain the pregnancy not help you get pg. You should start prenatals at least 3 months before you get pg.
